血清同型半胱氨酸及脂蛋白a对糖尿病合并大血管病病变的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的血清同型半胱氨酸及脂蛋白a对糖尿病合并大血管病病变的相关性分析。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月在我院就诊的200例糖尿病患者,按照是否合并大血管病变分为病变组100例,以及无病变组100例,比较两组间的的血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及脂蛋白a(LPA2),将相关因素进行logistic分析。结果病变组各指标明显高于无病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),logistic分析发现血清同型半胱氨酸及脂蛋白a是糖尿病合并大血管病变的独立危险因素。结论血清同型半胱氨酸及脂蛋白a与糖尿病合并大血管病变相关。 Objective Homocysteine and lipoprotein a analysis of the major diabetic vascular disease pathological changes. Methods Selected from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital 200 cases of diabetic patients, according to whether the merger large group of 100 cases of vascular lesions are divided into pathological changes, and no pathological change group 100 examples, comparison between the two groups of serum homocysteine and lipoprotein a and the related factors for logistic analysis. Results CSF results have obvious differences between the two groups. Conclusion CSF and plasma, protein, glucose, chloride Three biochemical test results for the identification of viral meningitis cerebrospinal fluid and tuberculous meningitis is of certain clinical significance. Various target lesion group was obviously higher than that of no lesion group (P〈0.05), and logistic analysis found that serum homocysteine and lipoprotein is a independent risk factor for diabetic vascular lesions. Conclusion Serum homocysteine and lipoprotein a related to diabetic vascular lesions.
