摘要
针对某海洋管道项目用Φ1 016 mm×15.9 mm规格X52钢级双面螺旋埋弧焊管,经海运到达中转站后3层堆放,抽检时1/3钢管的椭圆度达不到技术条件要求的情况,分析了生产原始数据、现场测量抽查结果,并查阅相关资料,找出了造成椭圆度超标的原因,并提出了具体的改进措施。
The Ф1 016mm×15.9mm X52 double-sided spiral SAW pipes for an offshore pipe line project are shipped by sea to the transfer station where they are piled with three layers. A random check for the stored pipes shows that one third thereof have their ovality beyond the standard requirement. The causes for this problem are found out by means of analyzing relevant raw production data and data from the random inspection made at the storage site, and consulting related documents. Accordingly, specific countermeasures are proposed.
