摘要 介绍了一种210通道钢板缺陷100%超声波在线检测装置;详细介绍了超声波检测装置的平面布置、机械结构、电控设备的系统配置、传动系统配置、电气设备布置、设备工艺原理、技术指标和功能等。该钢板缺陷100%超声波检测装置,其头部探伤和尾部探伤均采用钢板固定、探头移动的方式;边部探伤可沿板宽方向进行调整以适应不同的钢板宽度,在探伤过程中随着板形对钢板边部进行跟踪浮动探伤;实现了壁厚的全覆盖探伤,达到了钢板缺陷100%超声波检验及工况要求。 Elaborated in the paper is an on-line 210 channel, 100% coverage ultrasonic detection system for steel plate defects, involving such aspects as the layout, the mechanical structure, system configuration of the electric control equipment, configuration of the drive system, arrangement of the electric facilities, process principle of the equipment, the technical data and functions, etc. With this detection system, for detection of both head and tail of the steel plate, the operation mode is getting the material fixed, and the probe moved. For plate edge detection, adjustment is made along the width direction of the plate according to the width of specific plate. During the operation, the system can perform tracking-floating detection of the plate edge along with the profile of the plate. Thus, full thickness coverage detection is realized with the system, having met the requirements for steel plate 100% UT inspection and the working conditions.
