气管切开术治疗重症脑外伤的效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究重症脑外伤采用气管切开术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取重症脑外伤患者72例,随机数字法分为对照组和观察组均36例,对照组患者均采用气管插管术治疗,观察组患者均采用气管切开术治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者带管时间和住院时间与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者呼吸机使用时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后患者病死率低于对照组(P<0.05),数据比较存在明显统计学差异。观察组和对照组患者术后肺炎发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论重症脑外伤采用气管切开术治疗,可有效缓解患者临床症状,降低术后病死率,治疗效果良好,应用价值高。
