道路交通事故在线快速处理平台设计与应用

实现道路交通事故的快速处理主要在于事故现场的快速撤离，为了实现道路交通事故的快速撤离、快速处理，公安部交通管理局提出建立全国统一的道路交通事故在线快速处理平台。该平台基于互联网平台APP服务方式，为公众提供事故自助处理服务，简化用户操作流程，实现在线快速处理定责。通过在上海、江苏等省市的试点，表明该平台在简化事故处理流程，提高事故处理速度等方面具有显著成效。

The rapid processing of road traffic accident mainly depends on the speed of removal from the accident scene. In order to achieve rapid removal and rapid processing of road traffic accidents, a unified road traffic accident online rapid processing platform has been proposed by Traffic Administration Bureau of MPS. Based on APP service mode, the developed platform can provide accident self-processing service for the public, greatly simplify the user operation process and realize online responsibility determination. The effectiveness of the plattimn has been proved by pilot projects in Shanghai and Jiangshu Province.
