新时期的档案建设包括档案实体建设和档案制度建设,档案制度变迁与档案制度创新紧密相关。在当下,档案制度创新是档案建设的重要组成部分。从制度变迁角度考察档案制度创新方向与路径,对建立适应新社会发展需要的新型档案制度具有重要意义。
The archives construction in the new period includes the construction of archives entity and institution. The transition of archives system is closely related with the innovation of archives system. At present, the innovation of archives system is an important part of archives construction. Choosing the innovation direction and path of archives system from the perspective of institutional transition is of great significance to establish a new archives system that adapts to the development of new society.
