摘要
首先采用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件数值模拟了某一算例消声器的内部流场,然后将软件数值模拟的结果与实验数据进行了比对,验证了该做法的可靠性。在此基础上,用同样的数值模拟计算方法研究某型号轮胎式压路机的消声器压力损失的影响,得到该压路机消声器的压力损失的影响规律,为该型号压路机的消声器结构设计和性能改进提供理论依据。
Based on computational fluid dynamics( CFD) software,it simulates the internal flow field of a muffler,compares with the experimental data,verifies the reliability of models. On this basis,it analyzes the muffler of tyred compactor and obtains the regularities of the pressure loss of muffler,provides a basis for the design and optimization of the muffler.
