摘要
对民用飞机维修性并行设计框架体系进行全面系统研究。首先阐述并行工程的基本内涵;其次深入研究民用飞机维修性并行设计过程,明确民机研制各阶段维修性设计的具体环节与相应工作;再次提出基于微循环理论的民用飞机维修性工作的并行化方法,阐明维修性设计各环节之间以及维修性设计与产品设计其他方面之间的信息交互关系;然后深入研究民机维修性并行设计团队的工作模式,分析并确定维修性并行设计团队的人员组成,提出维修性并行设计的协同工作模式。最后结合某型飞机前起落架系统给出了维修性并行设计实例。
The maintainability concurrent design framework for civil aircraft is studied. Firstly the basic connotation of concurrent engineering is expounded,the process of maintainability concurrent design is analyzed and the specific design steps and related work are determined. Then the concurrent method of maintainability work is proposed based on micro- design- cycle theory,and the relationships among different information related to maintainability design are described. And the cooperative work mode of maintainability concurrent design team is presented and the group numbers are determined. Finally,an application instance of maintainability concurrent design is given in terms of a certain type of nose landing gear system.
