摘要
综述了镀铝技术的发展现状,分析了扩散式渗铝工艺的基本工艺过程及其结构特点,根据设备生产工艺要求,制定实验项目,论证了渗铝钢管的力学性能、抗氧化性能、耐腐蚀性能等能够满足生产工艺要求,为渗铝工艺的改进与应用提供理论基础。
It summarizes the development status of aluminum plating technology,describes the basic process and the structure characteristics of the dispersive alumetizing technology. Based on the requirement for equipment production process,it presents the experimental project,demonstrates that this project can meet the requirements of production process in the mechanical properties of aluminized steel pipe,oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance and so on. This provides the theoretical basis on alumetizing process innovation and application.
