摘要
装载机广泛应用于矿山、机械、建筑工程以及车站、港口、仓库、料场等部门的装载、推运、挖掘、牵引、起重等作业,是一种大、中、小型多用途的工程机械。根据装载机的工作特点、操作方式及控制系统的总体要求,建立基于PLC的二工位自动装载系统,进行系统的程序结构设计,并给出具体子程序实例,实现了货物装卸系统的自动控制。系统操作简单、维护方便,大大提高了控制精度和可靠性。
Loader which is one kind of multipurpose engineering machinery with large, medium and small type is widely used in push- ing, digging, pulling, lifting operation in the department of mining, machinery, construction, station, port, warehouse, yard and so on. According to the general requirements of loader＇s work characteristics, operating mode and control system, we established two sta- tion automatic loading system based on PLC, designed the system program structure, and gave specific subroutine examples to achieve automatic control of cargo handling system. The system is easy to operation and maintenance, which greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of the control system.
