摘要 利用氢氧化钠扩散膜吸收植物样品中的氟,采用分光光度法测定植物样品中的痕量氟,通过对国家一级标准物质GBW10015(菠菜)、GBW10016(茶叶)、GBW10020(柑橘叶)、GBW10023(紫菜)中氟的分析,确定方法检出限为0.11×10^-6,准确度RE为-1.73%-5.60%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.31%-8.97%,加标回收率为94.63%-106.33%。该方法操作简便,分析结果准确、可靠,前处理无需特殊的装置,适用于植物样品中痕量氟的测定。 This experiment has determined the Trace Fluoride in plant samples by spectrophotometric method, by use of Fluoride absorption by diffusion barriers of Sodium Hydroxide. By analyzing Fluoride in national standard reference materials including GBW10015(Spinach), GBW10016(Tea), GBW10020(Citrus leaves), GBW10023(Laver), we detected that the limit was 0.11×10^-6, degree of accuracy (RE) was -1.73%-5.60%, the relative standard derivation (RSD)was 2.31%-8.97% and adding standard recovery was 94.63%-106.33%. This method was suitable for the Trace Fluoride determination in plant samples due to its simple operation and liable result without special unit in pretreatment.
