摘要
基于电磁场理论,充分考虑外部电路、加速抛体中不同材料非线性、涡流及运动等影响因素,建立了线圈电磁发射装置的非线性动态发射模型,并对单级线圈电磁发射装置动态发射过程进行了仿真,得出了发射线圈电流、加速抛体电磁力、速度和位移的变化规律。该规律的发现为线圈电磁发射装置设计提供了理论依据。
Based on electromagnetic field theory, a time stepping finite element nonlinear dynamic a- nalysis(FEA) model is presented when such factors as impulsing power supply in field-circuit, cou- pled material nonlinearity, eddy flow and armature movement are put into consideration. The coupling problems of the transient 2D magnetic field circuit are solved by the Crank-Nicholson method and the problems of motion are handled by the moving coordinate. The force is calculated by nodal force me- thod. The paper sets up the 2D transient electromagnetic field-moving model of single-stage inductive coil launcher. The performance of a single-stage inductive coil launcher is analyzed by the model. The drive coil current, accelerate armature electromagnetic force, speed and displacement are analyzed, and the analysis results provide theoretical basis for electromagnetic coil launcher design.
