外阴白色病变的病因研究及治疗进展

外阴白色病变是临床中的常见病,其病因尚未完全明确,但此病的发生与免疫、细胞、代谢、感染、激素、遗传、局部因素等相关。本病病程较长、难以治愈,临床中主要通过药物治疗、物理治疗以及手术方式进行治疗。本研究对外阴白色病变的发病原因及治疗进展进行综述。

The white lesions of vulva is a common disease in clinic, its etiology is not completely clear, But the occur- rence of the disease is related to immunity, cell, metabolism, infection, hormones, genetics, local factors and so on. The course of the disease is long, difficult to cure, mainly through drug therapy, physical therapy and surgical treat- ment. This study is to review the pathogenesis and treatment of white lesions of vulva.
