摘要
以56份茄子种质为材料,综合应用多样性分析和聚类分析的方法,对26个主要农艺性状的遗传多样性进行分析。试验结果表明,参试材料存在广泛的遗传多样性,果实大小多样性指数最高,其次是开展度;最大叶性状变异系数最高,其次是单果质量;基于种质间农艺性状的遗传差异,将56份茄子资源划分为三大类群,第Ⅰ类群在选育密植型品种时利用,第Ⅱ类群可在选育高产型品种时利用,第Ⅲ类群在选育特异材料时利用。综合分析了茄子种质资源主要农艺性状的遗传多样性,为茄子资源的高效利用提供可参考的依据。
26 agronomic traits of 56 eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) genotypes had been analyzed for genetic diversity by using diversity analysis and cluster analysis. The results revealed broad genetic diversity among these eggplants. The diversity index of fruit size was highest, followed by plant expansion. The coefficient variation (CV) of maximum leaf area was highest, followed by weight per fruit. Based on the genetic differentiation of agronomic traits, the 56 eggplant genotypes were divided into 3 groups. The genotypes from the first group could be used for breeding compact eultivars, and the genotypes from the second group could be used for breeding cuhivars with high yields, while the genotypes from the third group could be used for breeding cultivars with specific traits. Comprehensive analysis of agronomic traits provided referable information for efficient use of eggplant genetic resources.
