灵芝药渣预处理对成纸性能的影响

Influence of Pretreatment of Ganoderma Residues on the Paper Properties

灵芝药渣是中医药品在提取药用价值留下来的废弃物,其处理方式主要是掩埋和焚烧,造成严重的环境污染,不符合近年来环境保护和资源最大化利用的理念。灵芝药渣除了含有部分纤维素、木素外,还含有较多的杂细胞。在经过漂白预处理之后会除去部分含有淀粉、糖类等的杂细胞,用其抄造而成的灵芝药渣纸与同一配比下未进行漂白处理的灵芝药渣纸对比,白度、抗张指数、撕裂指数以及耐破指数分别提高了3.1%、7.6 N·m·g^(-1)、3.35 m N·m^2·g^(-1)和0.168 k Pa·m^2·g^(-1),在一定程度上扩大了灵芝药渣纸在包装领域的用途。

Residues of Ganoderma was a kind of waste which extracted out of their medical value. The treatment methods has been buried and burning, which was harmful to environment and also was violated to the acceptation of maximizing the utilization of resources. There were many useless cells except the cellulose and lignin in residues of Ganoderma. Bleaching would eliminate part of starch and saccharides so that make the paper which was made by the residues of Ganoderma have better physical performance, such as the brightness and tensile index, tearing index and bursting index was improved 3.1%, 7.6 N·m·g-1, 3.35 mN·m2·g-1 and 0.168 kPa·m2·g-1, respectively. So that expands the usage of this kind of paper in package field.
