摘要
为分析装配预制连续梁的斜截面抗剪性能,采用两点对称加载方式对3根钢筋混凝土连续梁进行抗剪承载力试验。分析企口现浇装配预制连续梁新旧混凝土的连接性能,对比分析整浇连续梁与装配预制连续梁的裂缝开展趋势、斜截面破坏形态、极限承载能力、荷载-纵筋和荷载-箍筋应变变化规律以及变形能力。结果表明:在加载过程中,装配预制连续梁接口区域内,裂缝延伸较快,截面刚度有所削弱,但斜截面抗剪承载力特征和变形能力与整浇连续梁相似,开裂荷载和极限荷载与整浇连续梁基本相同。
In order to analyze the shear resistance capacity of the diagonal section of assembly prefabricated continuous beams, the experiment of the shear bearing capacity of three reinforced concrete continuous beams was carried out by using two-point symmetrical loading. The performance about connectivity of old concrete interface of the assembly prefabricated continuous beams was analyzed, a test was conducted to study the crack development trend,inclined section failure mode,ul- timate bearing capacity, load of longitudinal reinforcement, load stirrup strain variation, deformation capacity of the whole cast continuous beams and the assembly prefabricated continuous beams. The results show that:during the load process, in the interface areas of assembly beams, cracks extend rapidly with weakening in section stiffness, but the shear resistance of the diagonal section and deformation capacity of assembly beams are similar with the whole pouring beam, the cracking load and ultimate load with the whole pouring contrast beam are basically the same.
