微穿孔板吸声体混合结构的声学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决单层微穿孔板吸声体中高频吸声效果较差、多层微穿孔板尺度较厚且高频吸声效果较差的问题,通过在单层微穿孔板前侧增加多孔材料构建了混合吸声结构。继而在单层微穿孔板等价多孔材料模型的基础上,提出了微穿孔板混合结构的吸声系数计算方法,利用VA One软件的Foam模块建立了混合结构的模型,模拟计算混响室中的扩散场吸声系数。仿真结果表明,该结构可显著提高低、中、高三个频段的吸声系数,在不增加额外厚度的基础上实现全频段高吸收(吸声系数接近1)的效果,所采用的仿真计算方法简单高效。提出的混合结构及其计算方法对指导设计宽频吸声结构具有参考意义。 Mixed structure is constructed by putting porous material in front of micro-perforated panel to solve the problem that mono micro-perforated panel has weak middle to high frequency sound absorption property as well as multilayer micro- perforated panel absorber has thick scale and poor high-frequency sound absorption. Method of calculating the absorbing co- efficient of mixed structure is proposed based on the equivalent porous material model of mono layer micro-perforated panel. The model of hybrid structure is established to simulate the acoustical characterization in diffuse field using VA One soft- ware. Simulation shows that this structure can improve the absorption coefficient significantly at full frequency without any thickness of extra, and the method of calculating is simple and efficient. The mixed structure and its calculating method have reference significance for guiding the design of broadband absorbing structure.
