摘要
以香豆素为母体,设计合成了两种新的双香豆素衍生物。利用核磁共振谱、质谱对合成的目标产物进行了结构表征,并研究了其紫外吸收和荧光性质。光谱测试结果表明,目标化合物的紫外吸收光谱均呈双峰结构,Hg^(2+)能与目标化合物作用,使其紫外吸收增强,荧光明显降低,能选择性地识别Hg^(2+)。
Two novel dicoumarin derivatives was designed and synthesized using coumarin as the starting materials. The structure was confirmed by NMR and MS. The optical properties of derivatives were investigated by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that all compounds possess two UV-Vis absorption bands. Hg^2+can form complexes with the target compounds enhance the absorption and quenching the fluorescence intensity. The two derivatives can be used as fluorescent probes for selective recognition Hg^2+.
