摘要
先采用不同浓度的NaOH溶液分别在室温和水热条件下处理Kapton薄膜(一种聚酰亚胺薄膜),再用0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液漂洗,以改善Kapton薄膜与SiO_2涂层之间的附着力。结果表明,在水热条件下采用0.05 mol/L的低浓度NaOH溶液处理Kapton薄膜,就可显著改善Kapton薄膜的表面亲水性。在处理后的Kapton薄膜表面涂覆的SiO_2涂层均匀致密,结合力为0级。
To improve the adhesion between Kapton thin film (a kind of polyimide thin film) and SiO2 coating, the Kapton substrate was treated by NaOH solution with different concentrations at room temperature or under hydrothermal condition followed by rinsing in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. The results indicated that the hydrophilicity of Kapton substrate can be greatly improved after treating by 0.05 mol/L NaOH solution under hydrothermal condition. The SiO2 coating prepared on the acid-alkaline treated Kapton thin film surface is uniform and compact and has a 0-grade adhesion.
