摘要
通过典型示例,讲解了表面处理技术工作中一些技术数据(如零件表面积、清洗水流量、样品密度)的获取方法,提出通过控制电流密度与产品走速来控制连续电镀生产线上镀层厚度以及利用波美度控制槽液性能的方法,阐明了现场技术工作中技术数据处理应遵循的基本原则与要求。
The methods for obtaining some technical data such as surface area of workpiece, flow rate of rinse water and density of prototype during technical work for surface treatment were described with some typical cases. The control of coating thickness based on current density and running speed in continuous plating production as well as the control of bath performance by using hydrometer in Baumé scale were suggested. The basic principle and requirement for technical data processing on site were expatiated.
