摘要
针对如何降低电镀中常出现的一些低级错误,开展了QC小组活动。通过建立起特殊零件的防错机制,采用可视化的视觉管理办法,使零件生产出错率从1.87‰降至0.6‰以下。
A series of QC group activities were performed aiming at the reduction of some stupid mistakes occurred during electroplating production. The error rate was decreased from 1.87% to 0.6% after the establishment of mistake-proofing method and the implementation of visual identification management.
