摘要
制定了氯化物锌-钴合金镀液中硼酸的分析方法。用亚铁氰化钾掩蔽锌离子、钻离子以及铁杂质,用氟化钠掩蔽铝杂质。用甘露醇与硼酸反应生成较强的配合酸,以酚酞作指示剂,用氢氧化钠标准滴定溶液滴定配合酸。测定结果的相对平均偏差为0.18%,回收率为99.80%~100.36%,满足容量法的测定要求。
A method for analyzing boric acid in a Zn-Co alloy plating bath was established. Zinc ions, cobalt ions, and iron impurities are masked by potassium ferrocyanide, and the aluminum impurities are masked by NaF. Boric acid reacts with mannitol forming a complex acid with stronger acidity than that of boric acid, which is then titrated by standard NaOH solution with phenolphthalein as indicator. The method has a relative average deviation of 0.18% and a recovery ranging from 99.80% to 100.36%, meeting the requirement of volumetry.
