摘要
ZC1型蜗杆传动是一种新型蜗杆传动,为了获得优良的啮合性能,其设计参数的选择是一个复杂而困难的问题。而ZC1型蜗杆传动副啮合区面积大小是衡量其传动平稳性和噪声的重要依据,针对这一问题,以微分几何和空间啮合理论为基础建立传动副的啮合区面积方程,并采用MATLAB绘图功能辅助分析中心距、变位系数、砂轮齿廓圆弧半径、导程角和齿形角等设计参数对啮合区面积的影响,为后期ZC1蜗杆传动副多目标优化提供参考依据。
Type ZC1 worm drive is a new type of worm drive, in order to obtain excellent meshing performance, the selection of its design parameters is a complex and difficuhproblems. While the size of meshing area is an important index for evaluating the smoothness and noise of ZC1 worm drive. In order to solve this problem, based on the theory of differential geometry and spatial meshing the equations tablished of transmission vice meshing area, and the MATLAB graphics isusedas assistant analysis of tooth profile Angle, sand deformation coefficient of tooth profile are radius and the influence of design parameters on meshing area, The study result can provide some references for the multi-objective optimization of ZC1 worm drive.
