摘要 为了实现公园、小区小型景观水域中水面漂浮物的机械化收集,设计了一种用于收集小型水域水面漂浮物的装置,该装置主要由两个收集筐组成,分别前后安装于两个船体上,交替连续收集水面漂浮物。每个收集筐通过翻转和推移二个动作完成收集的过程,分别由活塞缸和无杆缸执行。动力源是空压机,收集筐的功能动作由PLC控制。该装置结构简单,成本低廉,满足小型水域的工作要求。 With the improvement of living standards, the numbers of the small waters in parks or residential areas gradually increase, so the floater is growing. However, there are no floater collection devices in small waters on the market. This paper designs a floater collector in small waters, which is mainly composed of two collecting baskets installed on the hulls. The two baskets collect the water floater alternately. Each basket completes the collecting process through overturning and advancing, which are implemented by piston cylinder and non-rod cylinder. The power is pneumatic and the function of the baskets is controlled by PLC. The device has simple construction and low price, which meets the job requirements in small waters.
