少数民族牧区生态经济发展的法律保障研究

Study on Legal Protection of the Ecological and Economic Development in the Minority Areas

民族牧区在政治、经济、民族等方面都有重要意义,基于民族牧区的生态薄弱性,发展生态经济是牧区经济发展的必然路径。虽然近年来民族牧区生态经济发展已经拉开帷幕,但是相关的法律保障并未到位,制约了生态经济的有序推进。本文分析了当前民族牧区生态经济发展法律保障存在的主要问题,并对未来法律建设的推进原则进行了详细分析。

The ethnic pastoral areas in the political,economic,ethnic and other aspects are important,based on the ecological pastoral area is weak,the development of ecological economy is the inevitable path of economic development in pastoral areas. Although in recent years the national economic development in pasturing areas has been kicked off,but the law is not in place,restricting the ecological economy in an orderly way. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current national economic development in pasturing areas of legal protection,and to promote the principles of the future legal construction are analyzed in detail.
