新型城镇化背景下民族文化保护与地区旅游经济发展研究

Research on the protection of national culture and the development of regional tourism economy under the background of new urbanization

新型城镇化背景下,如何妥善处理民族文化保护与地区旅游经济发展之间的关系亟待解决。构建了一个三部门内生增长模型,通过数值模拟分析发现:新型城镇化背景下,加大民族文化保护投入、提升文化保护部门的人力资本素质有助于促进民族地区既有文化资本存量的提升,进而促进民族地区旅游经济更快更好的发展。该研究不仅为民族文化保护与地区旅游经济发展提供了一个新的研究视角,而且为新型城镇化背景下各民族地区文化保护及旅游经济发展政策的制定提供理论依据。

Under the background of new urbanization,how to properly deal with the relationship between the protection of national culture and regional tourism economic development needs to be resolved. This paper creatively constructs a three sector endogenous growth model. Through the numerical simulation analysis, we find that increasing investment in the protection of the national culture,enhancing the quality of human capital in cultural protection department helps to promote the tourism economy in national minority regions development faster and better. The study not only for national culture protection and regional tourism economic development provides a new perspective,but also for the policy formulation provides a theoretical basis.
