基于WCAG2.0的公共图书馆网站可访问性实证研究——以福建省地级市公共图书馆为例

The Empirical Research of the Accessibility of Public Library Websites Based on WCAG2.0——Taking the Public Libraries of the Prefecture-Level Cities of Fujian Province as the Example

本文基于网络调查法,分析福建省地级市公共图书馆网站存在的可访问性问题。结果显示,公共图书馆网站的可访问性整体不容乐观,违反的标准具有集中性和同一性特点。对此,本文提出设置可访问性标准声明、制定实施标准细则、利用标签技术减少错误等增强公共图书馆网站可访问性的可行性方案。

Based on the network survey, this paper analyses the website accessibility of public library in the prefecture-level cities of Fujian province. The result shows that the accessibility of public library website is not optimistic, and the violation of the standard is concentration and identity. Based on that, this paper provides some suggestions to improve the level of the accessibility of public library website in the prefecture-level cities of Fujian province, such as setting the accessibility standard statement, developing the standard rules of implementation, using tag technology to reduce errors, and so on.
