我国高校图书馆个性化信息服务的调查与分析

The Investigation and Analysis of the Personalized Information Service of University Library

本文调研了39所"985工程"高校图书馆网站,从图书馆的网络互动、图书馆的推荐服务和移动图书馆服务3个方面对图书馆的个性化信息服务情况进行调查。调查结果显示,虽然目前图书馆在个性化信息服务方面做了很多尝试,服务的途径和方式很多,但仍存在对读者的需求调查不足、读者的参与度不高和资源推荐服务的针对性和知识性欠缺等问题,并提出树立以读者为中心的理念、构建读者参与型图书馆、主动收集读者的信息需求、整合馆藏资源构建知识网络,以及整合图书馆的3大核心系统等提高个性化信息服务水平的策略。

This paper investigates the personalized information services situation of 39 ＂985 project＂ university libraries websites from three aspects： the network interaction, the recommendation service of library and the mobile library service. The conclusion shows that university library has already tried a lot of methods to improve the personalized information service, but also exits some problems： the lacks of readers needs investigation and the readerg participation, and the lack of pertinence of resource recommendation services. So this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the level of personalized information service from aspects of building the idea of reader-oriented, constructing reader-participated library, selecting information needs of readers, integrating library resources and constructing knowledge network, and integrating three core systems of library.
