计及电采暖类型差异的“煤改电”工程谐波分析与评估 被引量:15

摘要 "煤改电"工程的推进,将有助于北方地区减少污染物排放,改善终端能源消费方式,但影响配电网的供电能力,对配电网造成谐波污染。以电采暖用户的实测运行数据为基础,分析了不同类型的电采暖设备产生的谐波原理和特点,并对不同类型以及采取不同控制方式的电采暖谐波含量差异显著现象进行了分析。利用仿真软件DIg SILENT的谐波潮流计算及分析模块,搭建了含电采暖设备的低压配电网仿真模型。谐波仿真结果表明,如果低压配电网中连接了部分谐波含量较高的电采暖设备,在低压配电网产生的谐波污染是不可忽略的,尤其是在配电网末端的谐波污染最为严重。可为确定不同电采暖设备的谐波含量准入标准提供参考。 The implementation of coal-to-electricity pro- ject contributes to reducing the pollutant emission in north China, but affecting the power supply capacity of distribution networks, and bringing harmonic to the grid. Based on the measured data of electric heating radiators, the principles and features of harmonic resuhed from different types of radiators are analyzed. The remarkable harmonic differentiation is analyzed. A method for assessing harmonic level of a distribution network is introduced with the simulation software DIgSILENT. A simulation model of a low-voltage distribution network with electric heating radiators is built according to the measured date. The evaluation and analysis of the harmonic level should be done in the design of the coal-to-electricity project according to the harmonic simulation results.
