摘要
为了解决传统变压器冷却器控制系统的不足,提出新型智能风冷控制方法,并基于大规模信号采集方法,提出新型智能风冷系统设计方案,详细介绍变压器新型智能冷却器控制系统的特点、硬件系统设计、软件系统设计、主程序设计、油温控制设计、综合投切设计、数据共享中心设计、消息流设计等各个关键环节。结果表明,该方案能够更好地满足变电站无人值守的需求,实现变电站的智能化操作。
In order to address the disadvantages of the traditional transformer cooler control system, this paper prese- nts a new intelligent air cooling control method. And based on the large scale signal acquisition method, the paper proposes a design scheme of the new intelligent air cooling system model, giving the characteristics of the system and design of both hardware and software systems. Some key parts, such as main program, oil temperature control, comprehensive investment and cut, data sharing center, and message flow, are designed to provide reference for the construction and operation of the substation automation system. The design proposed in the paper can better meet the requirements of the unattended operation and realize the smart operation of the substation.
