摘要
通过连退热模拟对比高强钢DP780连退工艺优化调整后材料的力学性能,发现在原有工艺基础上降低保温段及缓冷段温度有利于提高材料的性能水平,将优化后的工艺进行工业生产试验,检验材料的显微组织和力学性能,并对成形性能进行测试及用户试用评价,结果显示工艺优化后的材料综合性得到改善,成形及应用性能均有明显提高。
By comparing the mechanical properties of the optimized continuous annealing process, it was found that the reduction of the temperature of heating section and slow cooling section on the basis of the original process was beneficial to improve the performance level of the material. The optimized process was used for tentative industrial production, and the product was tested on microstructure, mechanical properties, and forming properties and user evaluation were carried out. The results showed that the comprehensive properties of the material were improved, forming and application properties were significantly improved.
