摘要
为满足高炉对球团矿质量的要求,针对1~#、2~#竖炉成品球团矿含粉率较高的问题,永通公司在1~#、2~#竖炉成品系统增加振动筛,合理选择长度及角度,使成品球团矿含粉率由4.5%下降到3%以下,高炉槽下返矿由11%降至6%以下,满足高炉生产要求。
To meet the quality requirement of blast furnace pellet, aiming at 1# ,2# shaft furnace pellets with high rate of powder, Yong Tong company increased vibrating screen in 1# ,2# shaft furnace finished production system. Choosing the appropriate length and angle , the finished pellets containing powder rate has decreased from 4.5% to 3%, and the blast furnace return fines ratio from 11% to 6%, to meet the requirement of blast furnace .
