摘要
随着钢铁市场竞争化日益激烈,销量提升,用户对汽车板的要求也日趋多样化和个性化,应国内某汽车厂用户对邯钢DC03提出了160~200 MPa的窄屈服强度空间,并且要求稳定化。邯钢采用六西格玛管理方法,对邯钢汽车板DC03生产工艺进行了改进,运用DOE实验设计,通过消除流程中影响主要因子:C含量、精轧(F1)温度、连退平整延伸率的波动因素,通过DOE优化试验,使得生产工艺更加稳定,缩小了成品屈服强度的波动范围,最终邯钢实现了屈服强度按160~200 MPa,屈服强度PPk达到1.0的目标,较好的满足了用户的特殊需求。
As the iron and steel market competition is increasingly fierce, sales promotion, the user demand for car plates also increasingly diversified and personalized, should be a domestic auto users of hansteel DC03 put forward 160-200 mpa narrow space of yield strength, and stabilization, hansteel using six sigma management method, the hansteel DC03 car plate production process was improved, using DOE experiment design, through the elimination of the influence of process main factors: C content, finishing (F1) temperature, even back flat elongation factors of fluctuations, through DOE optimization experiment, makes the production process is more stable and narrow the range of the finished product yield strength, hansteel realize the yield strength in 160 - 200 mpa, yield strength of the PKK at 1.0 goals, better meet the special needs of users.
