新冶钢l号高炉已到炉役后期,步入特护阶段。高炉本体冷却壁破损和炉缸侵蚀非常严重,但通过护炉措施、选择合理的操作制度、精料,推行标准化操作制度条例,优化高炉操作,加强高炉本体监测维护,加强设备的维护保养等措施,保持了高炉长期稳定顺行,实现了高炉稳产、优质、低耗的目的。
