不同pH条件下盐酸氨溴索与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍禁忌研究

Study on the Stability of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Mixed with Different pH values of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection

目的探讨不同pH条件下盐酸氨溴索与0.9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法将盐酸氨溴索与不同pH的0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,观察溶液的澄明度、不溶性微粒的变化。结果当盐酸氨溴索与pH>6.3的0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后,溶液的澄明度、不溶性微粒随着pH的增加而改变加快。结论盐酸氨溴索应慎与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍。

Objective To study the compatible stability of ambroxol hydrochloride mixing with the different pH values of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods Ambroxol hydrochloride was mixed with the different pH values of 0.9% sodium chloride injection and the changes of the mixture in appearance and the insoluble particles were observed. Results When ambroxol hydrochloride was mixed with the 0.9% sodium chloride injection whose pH value was greater than 6.3, the clarity and the insoluble particles of the mixture changed obviously with the rising of pH value. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride should be carefully mixed with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection.
