基于伊犁园林行业特点的人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Training Mode Based on the Characteristics of Yili Garden Industry

为了培养适应伊犁园林行业特点的专业技术人才,对高职园林技术专业人才培养模式进行研究。通过专业调研和人才需求分析,明晰了专业定位和人才培养目标;以园林建设和养护的周年生产为当期,构建了园林技术专业"迁徙循环式"人才培养模式,开发了具有"岗课对接"的职业岗位课程体系。探索实践表明,该人才培养模式适应伊犁经济社会发展的需要,对于推进民族地区教育发展具有积极意义。

In order to train professional and technical personnel adapting to yili garden industry, the garden technology professional personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges was studied. Through the professional research and demand analysis, clear professional orientation and talent training objectives .As the current of production anniversary of landscape construction and maintenance , ＂migration cycle＂ talent training mode of landscape architecture technology specialty was created, the ＂post class docking＂ of the vocational position curriculum system was developed. The exploration practice showed that： the personnel training mode met the needs of yili economic and social development, had a positive significance to service the local economy and to promote the development of education in minority areas.
