网约车“灰屏”管理与法治逻辑

在我国当前的网络约租车服务行业中,提供服务的网约车司机在驾驶过程中同时使用手机,威胁驾驶安全的现象十分普遍。笔者通过历时2个月的亲身实践调查,建议通过采取"灰屏"管理技术,在不侵犯网约车司机个人合法权利的前提下最大程度上提高其驾驶专注度,以保障驾驶安全,合理解决目前网约车行业中由于低准入门槛、导航软件使用泛滥及抢单利益冲突带来的一系列社会问题,完善网约车行业体系化与规范化管理,促进行业整体的协调健康发展。
