摘要
在"互联网+"新经济形态下,很多企业已经实行全渠道战略,应用性高校如何培养既懂线下营销、又懂线上营销的全渠道管理复合型人才,是摆在我们面前的重要课题,以湖南财政经济学院为例,通过对人才培养方案、课程体系、实践教学、教师教学能力几方面的探讨,找出市场营销专业全渠道人才培养模式,向社会提供合格人才,为社会经济发展服务。
Under“Internet plus” the new economic form, many enterprises have implemented the strategy of full channels.It is an important issue for application-oriented university to cultivate full channel management inter-disciplinary talents who are good at o2o marketing.The paper finds out the full channel talent cultivation mode of marketing in the case of Hunan University of Finance and Economics through exploring the talents training scheme, cultivation curriculum, practice of teaching system and teachers' teaching ability in order to provide qualified personnel serving for social-economic development.
