河南省高等学校创新系统要素作用机理研究

Research on Innovation System Elements Mechanism of Colleges and Universities in Henan Province

以河南省高等学校2011—2013年科技创新调查数据为基础,从创新资金、创新人才、创新产出和成果转化4个角度构建高校创新系统,通过构建机理结构模型和测量模型对创新要素之间的作用路径和机理进行分析。研究表明:在当前河南省高校创新系统发展环境下,创新资金的推动作用显著,创新人才的作用未发挥到最佳状态,尚有较大的提升空间。同时,高校在创新成果转化方面还存在较大不足。

Based on the science and technology innovation survey data of colleges and universities in Henan province between 2011 and 2013, this paper constructs the university innovation system from four aspects： innovation fund, innovative talents, innovation output and achievements transformation, and analyzes the path and mechanism between innovation elements by the structural equation model （SEM） method. The research shows that：In the current innovation system development enviroment of collelges and universities in Henan province,innovation fund plays a significant fole, the role of the innovative talents has yet to reach the best state, the promo- tion space is relatively large, and the transformation of innovative achievements of colleges and universities in Henan province is insufficient.
