“谷文昌精神”观照下的大学生村官思想政治教育探究

Ideological and Political Education of University Student Village Officers from the Perspective of “Gu Wenchang's Spirit”

诞生于二十世纪五六十年代的"谷文昌精神",是共产党员在长期艰苦奋斗的实践中总结出的宝贵精神财富,更是大学生村官思想政治教育上的价值引领。当前,大学生村官思想政治教育虽然取得一定进展,但同时也暴露诸多问题。因此,在加强和改进大学生村官思想政治教育的过程中,必须学习和弘扬"谷文昌精神"。通过深入挖掘"谷文昌精神"的以民为本、艰苦奋斗和清廉自律的实质性内涵,从大学生村官培养的实际出发,以个体价值与社会价值、自身理想与社会实践、为人与处事这三个方面的统一去切实培育好大学生村官的思想觉悟。

Gu Wenchang＇ s spirit was set up in the 1950s and 1960s, whose kernel content is people-oriented, hard work and honesty and self-discipline. At present, although the ideological and political education of college village officer has made progress, there are still some problems. From the reality of university student village officer training, we must learn from the spirit to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education.
