摘要 陶瓷膜的应用近年受到很大的关注,γ-Al2O3薄膜在过滤、分离和催化领域内具有极大的应用前景,但就其本身而言,仍存在着有待于完善的方面。本文用Sol-Gel法制备了掺杂TiO2、SiO2的γ-Al2O3改性薄膜,希望掺杂TiO2、SiO2后能提高γ-Al2O3薄膜的化学稳定性和延缓烧结过程中的表面扩散,使薄膜的性能得到提高。 The preparation and application of ceramicmembraneshave received muchattention in the past few years.Ceramicmembranesare technically importantin separation and filtration as well as in catalytic reactions,but they have manydisadvantages in itself.In this study,silica and titania dopedγ-aluminamembranesare prepared by the Sol-Gelmethodfor gas separation application.It is expected that silica and titania-dopingcan improvethe chemi-cal stability ofγ-aluminamembranesand delay the surface diffusion in the sintering process,so that the mem-branes characteristics can be greatly improved.
