摘要
对凝结芽孢杆菌GBI-30,6086的食用安全性进行探讨。根据凝结芽孢杆菌GBI-30,6086的毒理学、耐药性和产毒能力、食用和使用情况等数据,考虑其推荐使用量和我国人群的消费水平,对其食用健康风险进行安全性评估。已有研究未观察到凝结芽孢杆菌GBI-30,6086具有毒性、耐药性和产毒能力,临床实验未见不良临床反应报告。将中国2002年居民的食物摄入量转换为食物摄取份数(25.38份),凝结芽孢杆菌GBI-30,6086在其推荐剂量下,预估摄入量为5.1×1010CFU/d,小于每日可接受摄入量(ADI)值(8.0×1010CFU/d)。在其推荐剂量下,凝结芽孢杆菌GBI-30,6086对健康产生潜在影响的风险较低。
The food safety of Bacillus coagulans GBI-30,6086 was discussed. According to the toxicology, drug resistance, toxin production capacity of Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086, the safety risk was evaluated with the Chinese residents' recommended and the consumption data. There were no reports concerning the toxicity, drug resistance, toxin production capacity and adverse clinical reaction of Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086. Converted the Chinese consumption data to food servings (25.38), the consumption of Bacillus coagulans GBI-30,6086 was estimated to be 5.1 ×10^10 CFU per day under its recommendation,less than the ADI value (8. 0×10^10 CFU/d). According to the evaluation results, the potential health effects caused by Bacillus coagulans GBI-30,6086 is of very low risk level.
