低氧预处理骨髓间充质干细胞减轻脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制

摘要 脊髓缺血再灌注损伤是脊柱减压手术后常见的并发症,骨髓间充质干细胞椎管鞘内移植为治疗此损伤的有效方法之一。目前许多研究表明低氧预处理可促进骨髓间充质干细胞功能并减轻脊髓缺血再灌注损伤,因此本文拟就此作用的相关机制进行综述。 Spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury(SCII)is a common complication after spinal decompression operation, and there are various forms of treatment. Among these methods, intrathecal transplantation bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) is an effective method. Currently, many researches prove that hypoxia preconditioning can promote the ability of BMSCs to alleviate SCII. The objective of this article is to review the relevant mechanisms ofhypoxia preconditioning promoting the ability of BMSCs to reduce SCII.
