中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证临床研究

Clinical Study on Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia with Syndrome of Phlegm Heat Obstructing Lung

目的:观察急支汤治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证的临床疗效。方法:60例社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠2.0 g,加入100 mL或者250 mL生理盐水中,静脉滴注,2次·d^(-1)。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予急支汤。两组疗程均为7~14 d,比较两组患者临床疗效、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间。结果:观察组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺部啰音消失时间和住院时间分别为(7.23±0.94)d、(8.75±1.62)d,对照组肺部啰音消失时间和住院时间分别为(9.37±0.85)d、(11.93±1.46)d,两组肺部啰音消失时间和住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证疗效显著,能显著缩短肺部啰音消失时间、缩短住院时间。

Objective： To investigate the treatment of community acquired acute bronchitis soup clinical efficacy pneumonia（ phlegm obstruct the lung） is. Methods： 60 cases of patients with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 cases. After two groups of patients,the treatment group in pulmonary rales disappeared time and hospital stay were lower than the control group in several areas,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： based on antibiotic therapy,while the addition of acute bronchitis Treated treatment of community-acquired pneumonia（ phlegm obstruct the lung） is effective and can improve pulmonaryrales disappeared time,shorter hospital stay,it is an effective method of treatment.
