枳实与生白术配伍对慢传输型便秘大鼠肠道传输功能的影响 被引量:26

Effect of Raw Atractylodes Composition of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus on Intestinal Transmission Function of Slow Transmissive Constipation in Rats

摘要 目的:观察大剂量生白术配伍枳实对慢传输型便秘模型大鼠促胃肠动力作用,以期筛选出最佳剂量和比例。方法:运用均匀设计法结合临床使用剂量范围设置枳术剂量组,分别为枳实5 g,生白术50 g;枳实10 g,生白术110 g;枳实15 g,生白术30 g;枳实20 g,生白术90 g;枳实25 g,生白术10 g;枳实30 g,生白术70 g共6组,将慢传输型便秘大鼠60只随机分为枳术煎剂6组,分别给药14 d,观察不同剂量组对大鼠肠道传输功能的影响。结果:对应6组大鼠炭末推进率分别为(36.95±1.74)%、(28.23±1.83)%、(50.12±1.77)%、(49.56±1.86)%、(60.98±1.82)%、(79.44±1.81)%。结论:从药物比例的角度看,枳术煎剂(比例)对肠道传输功能的影响为1∶11<1∶10<1.0∶4.5<1∶2<2.5∶1.0<3∶7;枳实30 g生白术70 g时,对肠道传输功能影响最大。 Object: To explore the high-dose raw atractylodes composition of fructus aurantii immaturus that promote gastrointestinal function,in order to screen out the best dosage and proportion. Methods: Using the method of uniform design combined with clinical dosage range to set definite dose groups which were Zhishi( Fructus Aurantii Immaturus) 5 g,Shengbaizhu( Raw Atractylodes) 50g; Zhishi( Aurantii Immaturus) 10 g,Shengbaizhu( Raw Atractylodes) 110 g; Zhishi( Aurantii Immaturus) 15 g,Shengbaizhu( Raw Atractylodes) 30 g; Zhishi( Aurantii Immaturus) 20 g,Shengbaizhu( Raw Atractylodes) 90 g; Zhishi( Aurantii Immaturus) 25 g,Shengbaizhu( Raw Atractylodes) 10 g; Zhishi( Aurantii Immaturus) 30 g,Shengbaizhu( Raw Atractylodes) 70 g. For 14 days adminstration,observed the intestinal transmission function of different dose groups of slow transit constipation rat. Result: Corresponding to the 6 groups of rat model of the percentage of pushing carbonic powder was respectively( 36. 95 ± 1. 74),( 28. 23 ±1. 83),( 50. 12 ± 1. 77),( 49. 56 ± 1. 86),( 60. 98 ± 1. 82),( 79. 44 ± 1. 81). Conclusion From the perspective of drug proportion,the influence on intestinal transmission function of raw atractylodes decoction of frutus aurantii immaturus is 1∶11〈1∶10 〈1∶4. 5 〈1∶2 〈2. 5∶1〈 3∶7; when aurantii immaturus is 30 g,raw atractylodes is 70 g,the intestinal transmission function of slow transit constipation rat model is best.
