活血利水法对老年心力衰竭患者hs-CRP、cTnⅠ以及BNP的影响

Effect of Huoxue Lishui Method on hs-CRP,cTn Ⅰ and BNP of Elderly Heart Failure Patients

目的:观察活血利水法对老年心力衰竭患者的超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C reactive protein,hs-CRP)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(troponin I,c TnⅠ)以及B型钠尿肽(brain natriureticpeptide,BNP)的影响。方法:63例老年心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医活血利水法。治疗后,比较两组患者在治疗前后心功能分级情况、水肿情况、6分钟步行距离、hs-CRP、c TnⅠ以及BNP的变化情况。结果:观察组患者在心功能等级的变化、水肿的改善情况、6分钟步行距离的增加程度以及hs-CRP和BNP的降低程度均明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组患者在气短改善方面、c TnⅠ方面的降低程度与对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:活血利水法对老年慢性心力衰竭患者可产生较好的疗效,对提高心功能、改善临床症状以及提高耐力的同时,可以有效地降低hs-CRP、BNP,进而提高患者的生存质量。

Objective： To study the effect of promoting blood circulation and water on hs-CRP,c Tn Ⅰ and BNP in elderly patients with heart failure. Methods： 63 cases of elderly patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was treated with TCM Huoxue Lishui. After treatment,compared the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of cardiac function classification,edema,the total score of TCM syndrome,6 minutes walk distance,hs-CRP,cT n Ⅰ and BNP changes. Results： Patients in the observation group in heart function grade,improvement of edema,heart palpitations,chest tightness,TCM syndrome,fatigue,limb edema and oliguria surface to improve the situation,6 minutes walking distance increased,hs-CRP and BNP decreased significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; while the patients in the observation group in improving the degree of shortness of breath,reduce the cT nⅠ had no significant difference with the control group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The method of activating blood and diuresis in elderly patients with chronic heart failure can produce good curative effect to improve heart function,improve clinical symptoms and improve the endurance at the same time,can effectively reduce the hs-CRP,BNP,and improve the life quality of patients.
