湖北大学生创业意向的现状调查与思考

The Current Situation Investigation and Reflection of College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention in Hubei

依据湖北10所高校的抽样调查资料,对当前大学生创业意向的现状及其影响因素进行了探讨。研究发现:湖北大学生创业意向整体处于中等水平;女大学生在创业意向的可能性维度显著低于男大学生;学校类型对大学生创业意向有显著影响;创业自我效能感和个人特质对大学生创业意向有显著影响,其中创业自我效能感的风险管理、人际关系、资源获取和创业信心,以及个人特质的创新导向、冒险倾向和个体控制是影响创业意向的关键因素。需要根据这些情况采取针对性措施来提高大学生创业意向。

According to the sampling survey data of ten colleges in Hubei Province, the current situation and influencing factors of college students＂ entrepreneurial intention were discussed. The research found that the current college students＂ entrepreneurial intention is in the middle level. And female college students＇ entrepreneurial intention is significantly lower than that of male ones. What is more, school type has a significant impact on students ~ entrepreneurial intention. What is more, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and personal characteristics have significant impact on students＂ entrepreneurial intention. Risk management, interpersonal relationship, resource acquisition and entrepreneurial confidence, personal characteristics of innovation oriented, risk-taking tendency and individual control are key factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it is necessary to take specific measures to improve college students＂ entrepreneurial intention.
