摘要
目前我国汽车的生产与销售世界排名第一,汽车产业已经逐渐成为我国重要的支柱产业,对经济发展的贡献度正逐年提高。但我国汽车产业的发展仍然存在诸多的问题:最严重的问题就是核心技术的研发短板,此外还有诸如自主品牌的创新能力不足、地方保护主义盛行以及汽车产业链的整体协调度与关联度较低等。随着供给侧结构性改革的深入推进,汽车产业也需要突破制约发展的瓶颈,从供给的源头处深化改革,加强对核心技术的研发,同时要提升政府的相关扶持力度,增强"产学研"的结合程度,提高产业效率,完善相关的配套产业发展,合理规划汽车产业的发展规模,增加对新能源技术的研发投入,以技术创新来提升产业整体竞争力,促进汽车产业发展的良性循环。
China's auto production and sale rank the first in the world at present. The auto industry has gradually become the important mainstay industry,whose contribution to the economic development increases year by year. But there are still numerous problems with the auto industry in China.The most serious restriction problem is the R&D weakness of the core technology. Likewise, the insufficiency of innovation ability of the independent brands, the prevalence of local protectionism, and the low coordination degree and relevancy of the whole auto industry and other factors all constrain the development of the auto industry. With the further advancement of the structural reformon the supplyside, the auto industry also needs to breakthrough the bottleneck that restricts its development during this reform in the following aspects. Firstly, the reform should be deepened from the very beginning of supply, for which the R&D of the core technology should be strengthened. Secondly, the government should give more support to promote the amalgamation of "industry-university-research". Thirdly, the development of related industries should be improved and the development scale of the auto industry should be reasonably planed. Lastly, investment into the R&D of the new energy technology should be increased to improve the competitive edge of the whole industry and promote the beneficial cycle of the development of the auto industry.
