The institutional justice not only can correct and restrain the evil of human nature, but can guide and maintain the good of human nature. The defect of human nature can be treated neither in an arbitrary and reckless manner nor in a violating manner. The right way to treat the defect of the human nature is to appeal to the institutional guide. The institutional justice is the right and effective method to overcome the defect of human nature. The human nature is a natural power resource. Human beings should take a good use of the human nature resource to realize the institutional justice.
