预应力闸墩颈缩式空腔结构体形优化 被引量:3

摘要 为了在减少成本的前提下改善闸墩颈部应力分布状态,运用有限元结构分析软件,模拟了某预应力闸墩在不同荷载组合作用下的受力情况,得到3种典型工况下结构的应力分布状况,据此选取最不利工况作为后续优化的计算工况,进而以颈部最大主拉应力为优化目标,通过控制变量法,对颈缩深度、锚块空腔的位置和大小进行优化,确定最佳锚块、颈部的结构型式。结果表明,采用颈缩式空腔锚块结构,可以有效地降低颈部最大主拉应力,提高预应力锚索的工作效率。 In order to improve the stress distribution of pier neck economically,the stress status of a ceratin prestressed pier at three operating conditions are simulated by finite element analysis software.Then the law of stress distribution on the whole structure at three operating conditions was obtained and the most unfavorable condition is selected as the calculation condition of the subsequent optimization.Adopting controlled variable method,the structure type of anchor block and pier neck are optimized by taking the principal stress of pier neck as optimization objective.Results show that the neck-constricted pre-stressed pier with cavity structure has advantages in reducing the maximum principal tensile stress of the pier neck and improving the efficiency of pre-stressed anchor cable.
